Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow carriers additional time during peak shipping seasons or due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Supplies By Us is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
